Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

·       You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

·       To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

·       Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Digital downloads and gift cards are non-refundable.

·       Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Refunds

·       Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

·       Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or a replacement for a damaged item, please contact us before returning your order so we can help arrange an exchange.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
